Zaffiro is a reversible shearling coat with wool and cashmere parts. The upper part of the coat and the cuffs are made out of merino lambskin. The lower part of the coat and the sleeves are made out of 70% wool /30% cashmere fabric. Closing with metal pressure button non visibile from the outside. Returns within 30 days of receiving products (excluding customized and BeSpoke products).
You can request changes only for color and size of the same product.
On the Contact page, fill out the online form, choosing “Returns” as the subject of your request. After you receive the return authorization, you will be able to send the item(s) back to the warehouse address indicated in the authorization e-mail.
