Conchiglia is a Reversible cape made out of Loro Piana wool and cashmere fabric with a beautiful orylag fur trimming all around the collar and the front parts. The 70% wool and 30% cashmere fabric is ivory color on one side and light grey on the other side. Two welt pockets. Closing with 2 metal not visible snaps. Depending on the shipping zone, your order will be delivered to you in three or four weeks from the day you placed the order. For customized and BeSpoke products the timelinesmay be a little bit longer.

Returns within 30 days of receiving products (excluding customized and BeSpoke products).
You can request changes only for color and size of the same product.
On the Contact page, fill out the online form, choosing “Returns” as the subject of your request. After you receive the return authorization, you will be able to send the item(s) back to the warehouse address indicated in the authorization e-mail.
