Take special care of your Puntopelle product so that it stays with you for a long time.
We then suggest that you wear it every other day.
Always check the instructions for washing and leather care. We recommend using a professional dry cleaning service.
Puntopelle products are designed to change over time and develop a unique character.
Depending on the shipping zone, your order will be delivered to you in three or four weeks from the day you placed the order. For customized and BeSpoke products the timelinesmay be a little bit longer.
Returns within 30 days of receiving products (excluding customized and BeSpoke products).
You can request changes only for color and size of the same product.
On the Contact page, fill out the online form, choosing “Returns” as the subject of your request. After you receive the return authorization, you will be able to send the item(s) back to the warehouse address indicated in the authorization e-mail.
